Frequently asked questions:
1. How
long will it take to get my earrings?
If your earrings are in stock, they should ship within 48 hours.
The shipping method that you chose, will determine the extended time.
2. How do
I redeem my special discount when I place my order?
On the PayPal Payment Review page, click
on "Add Special Instructions to the Seller" and type in the code that you were given. Once your order ships, we will refund your credit card the
amount of the special discount.
3. My earrings
look a little different from what I saw on your website. Why is this?
Our earrings are "handcrafted"
which means each one is done by hand. There can be slight variations from piece to piece. Stones may also vary
depending on supplier and the type of gems that are incorporated into your design.
4. How come the earrings I ordered aren't available to ship for 1-2 weeks?
Dress Your Ears keeps limited stock to insure competitive pricing. It could take up to two weeks to ship
your earring depending on product availability. When we receive your order, we will email you to let you know what our
availability is on your particular item(s).
5. I received
my earrings and decided that I don't like them. Can I return them?
Absolutely! (Dress Your Ears has a $2.00 flat restocking fee on each pair of earrings. This will be deducted from your
credit. If you choose to exchange the earrings for another pair, we will omit the restocking charge.)
Just click on the "Contact Us" tab and fill in all required information, including your order number.
We will email you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that you can write on your invoice.
*You have 7 days from the time that you receive your earrings to request an RMA # for a return.
*Returns are not subject to refunds without RMA #'s
*Returns are not subject
to refunds of shipping or insurance costs.
*Merchandise must be in its orginal condition. Used
items will not be accepted.
*We cannot process returns in anything but original packing.
*We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail upon return.
6. How long will it take for me to receive my credit?
Once we receive your
earring(s) we will issue your credit within 48 hours by the original method of payment. We do not offer merchandise
credits at this time.
7. Are you responsible for any allergic
reaction that I have from wearing my earrings?
All of the earrings from Dress Your Ears are considered costume
jewelry and we do not accept responsibility for sensitivity or allergic reactions from the materials in our designs.
8. Do you accept checks?
We only accept payment of Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. These payment options are processed through the secure site of PayPal.
9. What is your Privacy Policy?
Contact information (including email address, telephone number
and mailing address), which is provided by the buyer is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Dress Your
Ears does not have access to any of your Financial information (including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing
address) this information is exclusive to PayPal.
